These are the same measurements we use when quoting, on the same geometry engine: not a cut-down web version.
A colour map on the part: where the wall is thin and where it is massive. Walls that are too thin do not fill, walls that are too thick shrink and leave sink marks.
The surfaces that cannot be released along the mould opening direction. Each one means a side action: one more piece of mould, and one more cost.
The faces below the threshold you choose. Without draft the part scores as it is ejected, and on a visible surface it shows.
The areas where, to make your part, the mould is left as a thin blade. Those are the places where a mould breaks first.
Volume, surface area, bounding box and projected areas: the numbers a price is built on, both in 3D printing and in injection moulding.

For a quote we need STEP or STL: the other formats can be viewed and measured, but to price them we ask you to re-export.
A STEP file under 5 MB is tessellated by your browser; above that, our server does it, which is faster. STL files go up to 150 MB, though over the internet the practical limit is 100 MB.
An STL, and a STEP under 5 MB, stay in your browser: they never reach our server at all. When a calculation of ours is needed, the file is uploaded, analysed and deleted as soon as the calculation is over. It is not archived and nobody else sees it.
If you then send the part to the quoting tool, that file is kept, because it is the model we quote on: you will find it in your account, and you can delete it whenever you want.
The analysis tells you whether the part can be made and where the critical points are. The next step is the number: in the quoting tool you choose technology, material and finish, and the price updates as you change your choices — for MJF, FDM and injection moulding.
If the part is delicate, or if the analysis raised a doubt, let us look together at the same measurements you saw on screen.
The analysis is a design aid, not an inspection: the values depend on how the model was exported and tessellated. For a formal check, let’s talk.
