10 materials ready to produce, chosen because they work. Next to each one you will find the numbers that really count — the same ones the quoting engine uses to calculate your price, not the ones in a brochure.

Multi Jet Fusion

The HP technology that changed the rules: no supports to remove, so impossible shapes become possible — and parts are strong in every direction, not only along the layers.

PA12 Natural Grey

The workhorse of 3D printing.

Strong, accurate, ready to use. It is the material for brackets, housings and spare parts that really work — not showcase prototypes.

The same strength, in white.

When the part is on show: a clean surface, ready to be coloured or left as it is.

Filament printing

The widest range of materials, from rigid to flexible. When you need the right polymer for the right job, this is where you find it.

ABS

The classic that never lets you down.

It can be drilled, tapped, glued and painted: the favourite material of those who finish the part by hand.

ABS + PVA

Geometries no one else can set free.

The support dissolves in water and disappears: internal channels and undercuts come out clean, without a mark.

PLA

Fast, cheap, surprisingly accurate.

The right choice for shapes, jigs and fit checks, when you need the part in your hand tomorrow. Better kept away from heat.

PETG

Tough where others give way.

It resists chemicals and can be had transparent: ideal for containers, guards and anything that meets liquids.

ASA

Born to stay outdoors.

Sun, rain, temperature swings: it does not yellow and does not chalk. The outdoor material, no compromises.

TPU 95A

It bends, it springs back, it does not break.

Gaskets, bump stops, soft grips, pads: everything that has to give a little and stay where it is.

Nylon (PA)

It slides, it holds, it lasts.

Gears, hinges, moving parts: low friction and a fatigue resistance that few materials match.

White injection-moulded housing: cylindrical seat with a central hub, four drilled fixing eyes and a side spigot.

Injection moulding

With rapid tooling produced in house. It is the bridge between the prototype that works and the thousands of parts needed afterwards.

When the numbers grow, injection moulding brings the cost per part down. We make the moulds ourselves.
